Finding Our Voices: Healing Art Activities for Survivors of Sexual Assault and Their Allies is a 501c3 organization established in the Pikes Peak region of Colorado. The mission of Finding Our Voices is to empower sexual assault survivors by providing opportunities to showcase their healing artistic endeavors during April of each year, National Sexual Assault Awareness Month. (SAAM)
The annual April exhibits provides a safe, empowering opportunity for trauma survivors and their allies to freely express their feelings, to honor their process of healing, and to share their paths of growth. The annual art exhibits also serve to raise awareness in the community and advocate for the prevention of sexual abuse.
Artists are invited to exhibit in the April 2010 FOV Art Show for Sexual Abuse Awareness Month (SAAM)
